Job summary

DYCK-O'NEAL, INC is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist to manage a high-volume portfolio of complex delinquent mortgage loans through the foreclosure lifecycle. You will coordinate with foreclosure attorneys, title companies, and vendors to move cases forward in compliance with investor guidelines and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3-5 years mortgage default servicing with direct foreclosure responsibilities.
• Knowledge of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes.
• Familiarity with RESPA, FDCPA, investor guidelines, and state foreclosure laws.
• Ability to manage high-volume foreclosure pipeline and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and foreclosure management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of foreclosure loans from referral through resolution.
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor foreclosure timelines to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and vendors to progress cases.
• Identify title defects and obstacles and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain records and update servicing systems with activity and required actions.
• Audit documentation for compliance with federal and investor requirements.
• Research complex foreclosure issues and escalate as needed.
• Communicate case status and actions with stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
