Clear Recon Corp seeks a Foreclosure Processor to perform data entry, draft documents, and ensure quality control. Knowledge of foreclosure processes is preferred but not required. The successful candidate should be a self-starter who thrives in a high-volume environment and adapts to change quickly.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning status inquiries, document prep, system updates, and collaboration with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Foreclosure or office experience preferred but not required.
• Must be very organized and multi-task oriented.
• Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
• Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change.
• Team player and willing to provide assistance in multiple areas whenever necessary.

Responsibilities

• Respond to status inquiries.
• Document preparation, Quality control.
• Update internal processing systems.
• Update and monitor client’s 3rd party systems.
• Communicate with clients/vendors/3rd party bidders.
• Closely monitor incoming Notice of Intent and Bids.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.
