Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years mortgage servicing experience.
• Minimum 3 years foreclosure experience.
• Experience with MSP and BKFS systems.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the end-to-end foreclosure process from referral to completion.
• Manage performance metrics and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with investors, insurers, and regulators.
• Approve foreclosure referrals for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and coordinate with counsel on bid deliveries and timelines.
• Oversee REO inventory, property preservation, and liquidation.
• Lead audits, train staff, and manage performance evaluations.
