Colonial Group seeks a Remote Foreclosure First Legal/Complaints Processor to draft and upload complaints and amended complaints related to Florida Foreclosure. You will correspond with clients to obtain approvals or denials and work closely with Attorneys to resolve issues.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a large workload while maintaining professional communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Foreclosure experience is required.
• Experience with drafting complaints.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.

• Good judgement and courteous communication with clients and employees/supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Draft and upload complaints and amended complaints.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and meet foreclosure requirements and timelines.
• Work closely with Attorneys to resolve impediments.
• Collect and interpret loan servicing documents (Mods, Pay histories, Note, Mortgage).
• Professionally communicate with clients via email, telephone, and client systems.
• Manage and prioritize a large workload and maintain organization.
