Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of foreclosure experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the end-to-end foreclosure process from referral to liquidation and post-foreclosure actions.
• Manage departmental performance metrics and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with investors, insurer, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee foreclosure related legal activity and coordinate with counsel.
• Lead audits, reviews of foreclosure documents, and responses to audit findings.
• Coordinate with investors, attorneys, vendors, and internal departments to resolve foreclosure-related issues.
