Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in foreclosure management, mortgage default servicing, or distressed debt.
• Hands-on familiarity with state foreclosure processes and legal requirements.
• Strong understanding of loss mitigation workout options.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end foreclosure process from referral through resolution.
• Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys to drive milestone completion.
• Manage the loss mitigation pipeline in parallel with foreclosure operations.
