Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of foreclosure or mortgage-servicing operations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer-service skills, professionalism and responsiveness.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Access.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to changing client expectations and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily foreclosure processing across multiple states.
• Retrieve and manage executed documents for recording.
• Maintain and update tracking pages reflecting foreclosure statuses.
• Monitor case progress to meet deadlines.
• Maintain documentation within the case management system.
• Ensure compliance with investor, client, and legal requirements.
• First point of contact and escalation as team leader.
• Inventory reconciliation to identify exceptions in milestones.
• Stay current on state statutes and act as SME in audits.
• Seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client communication.
• Develop and maintain detailed procedures to identify and mitigate high-risk errors.
• Review checklists prior to milestones and foreclosure auction.
• Draft, review and execute documents related to non-judicial foreclosure.
• Update cases upon transfers completed; servicer, investor and/or firm.
• Become SME on timeline and client expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
