The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pre-foreclosure experience in mortgage servicing, knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA guidelines, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience processing pre-foreclosure transactions in mortgage servicing.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and USDA loan guidelines and loss mitigation procedures.
• Proficiency in mortgage servicing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-foreclosure timelines and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate with attorneys, investors and internal teams to mitigate risk.
• Monitor loan files and maintain accurate documentation for compliance.
• Analyze accounts for loss mitigation options and recommend next steps.
• Identify process improvements and lead workflow enhancements.
