Job summary

The Mortgage Law Firm is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for judicial foreclosure, litigation, deed‑in‑lieu, eviction, and related processes across California, Arizona, Texas, Washington, New Mexico, Colorado, and Oregon. You will partner with attorneys, staff, and clients to drive efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• Minimum five years in mortgage default servicing, judicial foreclosure, litigation support, eviction ops, deed-in-lieu, or related operations.
• Minimum three years in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience overseeing multi-state judicial operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of judicial processes across multiple states.
• Identify process gaps affecting timelines, quality, compliance, or client satisfaction.
• Monitor high-risk matters requiring elevated operational oversight.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff on deadlines, documentation, and escalations.
• Establish standardized workflows, checklists, controls, and reporting.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between departments and proper documentation.
