Job summary

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and format publications, correspondence, motions and other legal documents.
• Review client financials to calculate bids for foreclosure matters.
• Follow up with clients, courts and publishers to ensure proper sale.
• Field calls from borrowers, clients and outside parties courteously and effectively.
• Maintain congenial relationships with business associates and clients.
• Update the firm’s case management and client systems accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all interaction levels.
• Perform other duties as needed.
