Job summary

McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP seeks a dedicated Foreclosure Operations Liaison to monitor client-site foreclosure processes and update activities as needed. You will act as the bridge between clients and attorneys, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, strong written/oral communication, and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in foreclosure firm or bank default department.
• Law firm experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Update foreclosure processes on active files with limited supervision.
• Work on client site processes through all stages of foreclosure.
• Monitor and complete document processes for affidavits and loss mitigation packages.
• Serve as client liaison between attorney and clients on foreclosure files.
• Notify management when stagnant files are found to push progress.
• Review internal systems and provide status reports to clients.
