The ideal candidate will have experience in foreclosure matters, proficiency with MS Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• At least one year of work experience in a Foreclosure Firm.
• Knowledge of foreclosure fees, payoffs and reinstatements is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Handle the processing of all requests from borrowers and clients for payoff and reinstatement quotes.
• Review incoming payoff or reinstatement funds and ensure that funds are sent to the client within 24 hours.
• Handle client requests for fees and costs quotes.
• Review file for invoicing, create line items and attach backup documents.
• Communicate with clients and borrowers to ensure excellent customer service and accuracy.
• Create, manage and execute on fee approvals within internal case management system and client systems.
• Maintain and process sensitive and confidential information.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
