Ideal candidates will have at least one year of foreclosure firm experience, and an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with foreclosure systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience in a Foreclosure Firm.
• Knowledge of foreclosure fees, payoffs and reinstatements is a plus.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process payoff and reinstatement quotes for borrowers and clients.
• Review incoming payoff or reinstatement funds and route payments within 24 hours.
• Handle client requests for fees and costs quotes.
• Review file for invoicing, create line items and attach backup documents.
• Effectively communicate with clients and borrowers to ensure accurate requests.
• Create, manage and execute on fee approvals within internal case management system and client systems.
• Maintain and process sensitive and confidential information.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
