You will act as a liaison between clients and foreclosure operations, handling inquiries, documenting activity, and preparing monthly status reports for key clients. The role emphasizes accuracy and discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a foreclosure firm or default department of a bank.
• Law Firm experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foreclosure operations related messages on client sites and update as needed.
• Serve as liaison between clients and foreclosure operations.
• Update and respond to client inquiries with timely communication.
• Maintain documentation and report status to management.
• Audit internal systems and provide summaries and hearing results to clients.
• Respond to general case inquiries on behalf of FC Operations via email and client platforms.
• Address messages in all-client sites and assist with client-specific projects.
• Submit monthly status reports and communicate audit findings to supervisors.
• Support compliance department tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain privacy and handle sensitive information with discretion.
