Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Mortgage Servicing and Loan Servicing processes.
• Experience with Defaults and Foreclosures and coordinating with legal partners.
• Understanding Bankruptcy Law related to mortgage accounts.
• Ability to analyze loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Proficient with servicing systems, spreadsheets, and standard office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior mortgage servicing or default management experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; related degree is a plus.
