Qualifications

• 2+ years direct foreclosure experience required.
• Previous experience in law office or mortgage servicing company required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency of Black Knight/LPS required.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office- Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and processes accounts in the foreclosure process.
• Completes pre-foreclosure reviews and references loans for foreclosure per requirements.
• Manages deadlines for invoice approval, referrals, breach letters, and collection letters.
• Calculates reinstatement and payoff figures for attorneys.
• Maintains pipeline oversight and communicates with foreclosure counsel.
• Prepares bidding instructions for foreclosure sale and follows up for required documents.
