Job summary

Greenspoon Marder LLP seeks a Foreclosure Billing Paralegal for our Cypress Creek office. You will review wire transactions, prepare and submit client invoices, manage trust balances, and coordinate with attorneys and vendors to ensure accurate billing across states.

Experience in foreclosure matters and BKFS Invoice Management is preferred. This role includes collaboration with multiple departments to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction, with benefits beginning on day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in a foreclosure department is required.
• Familiarity with BKFS Invoice Management or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage client billing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit client invoices, including residential foreclosure matters.
• Review wire transactions and reconcile trust balances.
• Update clients and internal teams on billing status via email or CMS.
• Maintain client vendor management records and reconcile payments to local counsel.
• Audit billing entries for accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to billing inquiries.
