Greenspoon Marder LLP seeks a Foreclosure Billing Paralegal for our Cypress Creek office. You will review wire transactions, prepare and submit client invoices, manage trust balances, and coordinate with attorneys and vendors to ensure accurate billing across states.

Experience in foreclosure matters and BKFS Invoice Management is preferred. This role includes collaboration with multiple departments to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction, with benefits beginning on day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in a foreclosure department is required.
• Familiarity with BKFS Invoice Management or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage client billing inquiries.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit client invoices, including residential foreclosure matters.
• Review wire transactions and reconcile trust balances.
• Update clients and internal teams on billing status via email or CMS.
• Maintain client vendor management records and reconcile payments to local counsel.
• Audit billing entries for accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to billing inquiries.

Foreclosure Billing Paralegal needed in our Cypress Creek office. The Foreclosure Billing Paralegal will play a crucial role in reviewing wire transactions, invoicing, vendor management, and billing procedures. Candidates should have prior experience working in a foreclosure department and knowledge of BKFS Invoice Management.

Your Foreclosure Billing Paralegal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Invoices
• Trust Balance Reconciliation and wire allocation
• Update client of status in respective client management system or by email as well as internal case management system
• Preparation and Submission of Client Invoices, Residential Foreclosure
• Preparation and Submission of Client Invoices for Attorney oversight cases in various states, and reconciliation of vendor payment to local counsel.
• Prepare, review, and process client invoices ensuring accuracy and adherence to billing guidelines
• Conduct audits of billing entries and client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Resolve billing discrepancies, provide assistance in resolving client billing inquiries, including monitoring payments and following up on overdue invoices
• Communicate with attorneys and other professionals to gather necessary billing information
• Assist with gathering and organizing documentation for audits or client inquiries
• Collaborate with departments to streamline billing processes and enhance client satisfaction
• Maintaining client vendor management system to ensure all records are up to date.
• Maintain client billing records and track litigation billable hours, as needed when requested.
• Handle owner and client phone calls
• Assist with special projects, as needed
