Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in foreclosure industry.
• Familiarity with LoanSphere Invoice Management system; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a high-volume/fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Process interim, milestone, monthly, hold, and closed billing requests in accordance with client requirements.
• Confirm required documentation in support of all line items is included.
• Upload/submit invoices to the appropriate client portals timely.
• Email invoices for clients not utilizing a billing portal.
• Litigation, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Senior lien monitoring and Deed-in-Lieu billing.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoices in a timely manner.
• Analyze client resolution/disputes.
