Job summary

Greenspoon Marder LLP in Cypress Creek (Fort Lauderdale) seeks a Foreclosure Paralegal to support attorneys by managing information, preparing pleadings, and coordinating with clients. A minimum of four years of foreclosure paralegal experience is required.

Experience with Tempo and BKFS software is preferred. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle tight deadlines and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a foreclosure/paralegal.
• Experience with Tempo and BKFS software preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Word and Excel; familiarity with I-Manage is a plus.
• Ability to manage confidential client information and maintain professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence and pleadings for attorney review.
• Communicate with clients in the client system.
• Prepare for hearings and calendar court and discovery deadlines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in document management and time-entry systems.
• Maintain excellent organizational and file management skills.
• Handle overtime when needed and adapt to changing priorities.
• Assist with client billing and BKFS invoice management.
