Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and lead by example in presenting the store and merchandise. You will help customers, process transactions, and maintain cleanliness and merchandise layout to maximize sales.

The role emphasizes knowledge of promotions, stock organization, and adherence to company policies. Flexibility to assist in inventories and participate in shipping/receiving may be required.

Qualifications
