• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through service standards and knowledge.
• Promote current sales promotions and rewards programs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is well organized and merchandised.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills to assist customers.
• Maintain awareness of Loss Prevention concerns involving customers and staff.
• Participate in inventories, assist in receiving merchandise, and restock on the sales floor.
• Process all sales and POS transactions accurately and ensure shoes are matched.
