Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear.
• Basic numeric and organizational skills to handle sales and storage tasks.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through service standards.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is organized and visible.
• Assist in promotions, participate in inventories, and help with shipping/receiving as needed.
• Process sales at the POS with accuracy and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Support loss prevention and maintain store cleanliness and order.
