Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience driven by fashion knowledge and customer-focused service. You will help maintain pricing, shipments, and inventory while delivering engaging interactions that encourage loyalty to our brands.

You’ll contribute to sales goals, share product trends with customers, and support teammates with a positive, inclusive attitude in a fast-paced, footwear-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build constructive relationships within store
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Able to work effectively in a team
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily store tasks (pricing, shipping, fulfillment and inventory)
• Keep store clean, organized and make styles easily shoppable
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and drive the Famous Footwear experience
• Track store performance and contribute to sales goals with urgency
• Uphold company policies and seek feedback for development
• Support teammates and training when needed
