Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or medical certification plus 2 years experience.
• 4 years related experience in F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics.
• Military experience accepted as background.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contact; support during surgical cases.
• Perform F&A field calls and on-call/ER consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Inventory management of equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve business plan objectives and quotas.
• Complete administrative duties and invoicing.
