Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. You will build relationships with surgeons, educate hospital staff on DePuy Synthes F&A products, and drive growth in your geography by presenting portfolio value and securing new accounts.

We value clinical acumen, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This full-time role requires travel and relocation to cover assigned territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ sales or clinical experience.
• Associates degree with 4+ years’ experience in orthopedics or trauma.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years’ related experience in F&A/orthopedics.
• Recent military transition considered for qualification.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A products to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Establish relationships with key surgeons and clinicians.
• Maintain surgeon contacts and support OR personnel during procedures as needed.
• Travel within territory to cover accounts and support cases.
