Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot and Ankle Sales Consultant for the Portland, OR territory. You will drive growth by presenting and supporting DePuy Synthes Foot & Ankle product lines, building relationships with surgeons, and delivering clinical value to healthcare systems.

The role emphasizes field-based selling, on-call support, and collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to execute business plans within a defined geography. 100% commission with a bi-weekly draw is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience in sales/medical field.
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication in a hospital environment.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of DePuy Synthes F&A portfolio and keep up to date with new products.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and expand with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of portfolio.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide support during surgical cases and on-call/ER consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to develop territory business plan and market strategy.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher

Associates degree + 4 yr related experience

Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr related experience
