Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant for the Sacramento, CA territory within the DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics portfolio. This 100% commission role includes a bi-weekly draw and requires building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff to expand the F&A product portfolio.

You will work in a fast-paced medical devices environment, traveling to accounts, presenting products, and supporting clinical adoption while meeting sales targets and adhering to compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Alternative qualifications include an Associate’s degree with 4+ years related experience, or a surgical technician with 6 years in ortho.
• Military transition or active duty experience is acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical procedures as needed.
• Travel as required to cover the territory and meet business plans.
