Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Philadelphia is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support the DePuy Synthes F&A portfolio within the territory. You will present products to surgeons, establish clinical relationships, and drive growth by developing new accounts and expanding existing ones.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work in hospital environments, and willingness to travel within the assigned geography. A background in orthopedics or trauma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal communication with hospital staff and surgeons.
• Understanding of F&A product portfolio and how to present to health-care professionals.
• Willingness to travel within territory and relocate if required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of Foot & Ankle portfolio and new products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand existing business.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide support during surgical cases and in operating room settings.
• Maintain timely product delivery and ensure inventory readiness.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas.
