Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Sales Consultant, Foot and Ankle to support the San Diego, CA territory. This role focuses on expanding the F&A portfolio with surgeons and hospital staff through field-based engagement.

The position requires building clinical relationships, delivering product education, and driving sales with a commission-driven compensation plan. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum experience requirement or related credentials.
• Relevant clinical or medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competition.
• Lead selling of F&A products to new accounts and grow existing relationships.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build strong clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical procedures as needed.
• Conduct field calls and on-call support across the territory.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geographies.
• Maintain inventory of sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Meet business plan objectives and quotas using approved resources.
• Complete all admin duties accurately and promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
