Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the Portland, OR/Seattle, WA territory. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of the F&A portfolio, building clinical relationships with surgeons and hospital staff while continually developing new business.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on business plans, targeting, and market strategy to achieve financial targets in your geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience OR an Associates degree with 4+ years related experience OR Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years related experience OR recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• The F&A Consultant will maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with a high level of technical acumen in a hospital environment.
• Ability to travel; valid driver’s license and successful background review.

Responsabilités

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio, all new F&A products and understand competitive product
• Spearhead the selling of F&A product portfolio to new accounts and seek opportunities to increase sales with existing customers
• Educate and informs surgeons and hospital staff as to the proper use of our F&A portfolio
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators
• Case Coverage: maintain surgeon/resident contact with prospects or newly converted customers; provide support during surgical cases
• Perform F&A field calls for the accounts and assigned territory including on-call and ER consultation
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow and develop F&A business within geographies
• Inventory Management: maintain sales equipment and promotional materials per company policies
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site
• Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales goals/quotas
• Complete required administrative duties accurately and promptly
• Accurately invoice customers for products
