Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Miami area. You will present and demonstrate the F&A portfolio, educate surgeons and OR staff, and build key clinical relationships while collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager on market strategy.

You will manage case coverage, participate in selling opportunities, and ensure timely product delivery.

Qualifications

• The F&A Sales Consultant must learn and follow all laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
• Promptly communicate legal/ethical questions to supervisor or Legal Department.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of Foot & Ankle portfolio and new products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand existing business.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases as required.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on business plan and market strategy.
• Maintain inventory of sales materials and ensure timely product delivery.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas.
