The position emphasizes minimum qualifications in clinical or sales experience, a valid driving license, and willingness to travel; compensation is commission-based with a bi-weekly draw.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in sales or clinical support.
• Associates degree +4 years related experience acceptable.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years related experience.
• Military experience will be considered for suitability.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand products.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Build relations with surgeons and clinical staff to drive adoption.
• Provide support during surgical cases and when needed in OR.
• Invoice customers accurately and maintain territory materials.
