Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A portfolio in the Norfolk/Hampton Roads area. You will educate surgeons and hospital staff, build clinical relationships, and work with the Regional Sales Manager to execute the business plan.

Travel to assigned sites is required, and a valid US driver’s license is essential. The role emphasizes strategic selling, territory growth, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience OR:
• Associates degree + 4 yr related experience OR:
• Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr related experience OR: Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and stay updated on products.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product use.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on business plans and strategy.
• Maintain timely product delivery and inventory for territory.
