Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky orthopaedics territory. The role focuses on Surgons' engagements, product demonstrations, and strategic selling to grow the MedTech portfolio.

You will identify targets, plan account-specific strategies, and build lasting relationships with surgeons and OR staff to drive sales and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + minimum of 3 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Associate degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts. Develop and implement account- or surgeon-specific plans and selling strategies to grow sales.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas using approved resources.
• Drive product sales for assigned products within a territory with knowledge to demonstrate and ensure proper utilization.
• Gain access to surgeons and buyer points within accounts; build relationships with surgeons and OR staff.
• Provide case support by maintaining contact with surgeons and OR personnel during procedures and follow-up.
• Educate surgeons, OR and Central Supply staff through in-services and workshops; ensure proper use of materials.
