Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant in Toledo to grow the F&A portfolio and support surgeons and hospital staff in proper device use. You will become the go-to expert for our products and work with healthcare teams to drive adoption and outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years of sales-related experience, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel. This position is 100% commission/incentive with a bi-weekly draw and requires a US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus minimum 2 years’ experience OR
• Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician plus 6 years related experience such as F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics OR
• Recently Transitioned Active Duty Military

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand new products
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand existing customers
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of our F&A portfolio
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators
• Maintain surgeon/resident contact and provide case support in OR when needed
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on business plan and strategy to hit targets
