Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support Corning, NY, expanding the DePuy Synthes F&A portfolio. You will work with surgeons and hospital staff to demonstrate proper product use and grow the customer base.

The role requires strong communication, field selling, and relationship-building skills. It offers a commission-based structure with a bi-weekly draw and a path toward clinical excellence in orthopedics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2+ years of professional experience preferred in sales/medical devices.
• 4 years related experience such as F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand existing business.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon contact and support during cases.
• Perform field calls in assigned territory and on-call duties.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Ensure timely product delivery and invoicing to customers.
