Job summary

US Foods is hiring a Territory Manager to build customer relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver value in the foodservice industry. You will educate customers on ordering platforms, provide menu consultations, and tailor pricing strategies to help clients succeed.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, travel within your territory, manage deliveries and schedules, and identify new business opportunities through market insight and networking at trade shows.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in foodservice/culinary hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and develop new business.
• Customer service oriented with a competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture customer relationships in a team-based selling model.
• Educate customers on ordering platforms and provide menu consultations.
• Drive sales through presentations and tailored pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Specialists, marketing, supply chain and customer service.
• Identify prospective customers and new business opportunities.
• Manage deliveries to the routing schedule and resolve order issues.
• Travel within territory to visit customers and ensure satisfaction.
