Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager for the North Shore Boston market. You will work directly with restaurant operators, chefs, and hospitality leaders to identify needs and deliver foodservice solutions, including products and value-added programs.

This field-based role offers uncapped commission, a proven territory with growth potential, and strong support from internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with organized, time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in field-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability within the North Shore Boston territory.
• Develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Visit restaurant operators, chefs, hospitality leaders and foodservice decision-makers to assess needs.
• Present foodservice products and value-added programs to improve profitability.
• Execute territory sales plans and meet sales and margin goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
