Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a deduction and rebate specialist to support a defined customer and broker region in the U.S. You will manage deductions, rebates, and related payments while coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate data entry and timely issue resolution.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Word, and the ability to work independently or within a team. On-site collaboration with cross-functional groups is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to a geographical region comprised of customers and brokers.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal departments.
• Maintain the Foodservice Sales database and customer portals.
• Research and maintain accurate electronic records on deductions and rebates.
• Calculate, manage, and process rebate and marketing-related payments.
• Lead repayment requests and track progress.
• Resolve deductions or collect payback with customers and sales staff.
• Attend essential training meetings and develop product knowledge.
