Qualifications

• Two years of deductions management, trade promotions, or accounts receivable.
• Experience with TPM systems and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and validate customer deductions for trade promotions and claims.
• Research and resolve unauthorized or invalid deductions.
• Maintain TPM records and assist with month-end close.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor deduction aging and ensure timely resolution.
