Job summary

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders and problems; contact vendors for samples.
• Provide informative and professional assistance when interacting with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform administrative tasks such as checking faxes and mail daily; write sample requests and special orders as needed.
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
