Job summary

Performance Food Group in Kentucky is seeking a customer service representative to assist all customers with order entries and inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction as their distributor. You will solve problems, communicate professionally, and support colleagues across departments.

Responsibilities include entering orders, credits, invoicing details, and assisting customers with issues. A friendly, proactive approach and reliable teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months customer service, call center and/or related area.
• Foodservice industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders accurately and timely.
• Input customer credits and adjust orders as needed.
• Input order and invoicing information; maintain data integrity.
• Assist customers with orders and problems; contact vendors as needed.
• Provide informative and professional assistance when dealing with the public, customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform administrative duties such as checking faxes and mail daily; process sample requests.
• Will Call orders and intercompany order processing.
• Riskconnect and FedEx processing duties as required.
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings and perform other related duties.
