Job summary

Performance Foodservice in the United States is seeking a customer service professional to assist all customers with order entries and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction with the company as their distributor. You will interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner, and perform administrative duties as needed.

The role supports a Sunday–Thursday schedule, with responsibilities including order input, invoicing, problem resolution, and training participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area.
• Preferred qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience; 1 - 2 years customer service, call center and / or related area within foodservice industry.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders and/or credits.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders and problems. Contact vendors and requests samples for customers.
• Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
