Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Account Manager for the Central Florida region (Orlando, Daytona, Jacksonville). The role focuses on cultivating relationships with distributors and operators, negotiating pricing, and growing business while aligning with market plans.

The position reports to a DOS or SAE and involves cross-functional collaboration with trade teams and other business units. Minimum 2–5 years in outside sales within Food Service, Manufacturing, or Distributor Sales;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, planning and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate relationships with target accounts to achieve objectives.
• Gather, create and maintain key insights for assigned accounts using CRM.
• Execute and manage strategic initiatives and collaborate with sales units and trade teams.
• Support customers at market events, meetings, product samplings, and local trade shows.
• Deliver against volume goals and manage pricing actions and mix of products.
• Manage T&E budget; perform other duties as assigned.
