Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote fresh produce products and build lasting relationships with new and existing accounts in Raleigh/Charlotte territory. You will lead account management, analyze trends, and leverage CRM tools to optimize opportunities and drive growth.

Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with FreshPoint teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license with insurability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
• Minimum 3+ years of foodservice sales, B2B experience, or related background.

Responsibilities

• Account management: daily contact for customer and order inquiries; manage customers to MDA compliance and customer satisfaction; build and execute call plans.
• Increase share of wallet by meeting customer goals, identify desires, evaluate market trends, and recommend products; coordinate with specialists/brokers and provide product information to customers.
• Manage activities initiated by FreshPoint CMU HOME team including maintaining customer order guides, LTOs, Red Alerts, etc.
• Sysco 360: use CRM for account management, opportunity tracking, task management, logging and maintaining customer data.
• Ongoing training: Sysco360, Tableau Reporting, Penetration Tools, etc.
