Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc seeks an experienced sales professional to promote FreshPoint products and build strong relationships with new and existing accounts in the Raleigh area. You will manage day-to-day inquiries, develop customer call plans, and drive growth while meeting company sales and profit goals.

The role focuses on increasing wallet share, utilizing CRM tools, and collaborating with specialists for product ideation.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice sales or B2B is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Account management: day-to-day contact for customers and inquiries.
• Increase share of wallet with existing customers through face-time and needs assessment.
• Manage activities from FreshPoint CMU HOME team (order guides, alerts).
• Use Sysco 360 CRM to track opportunities, tasks, and customer data.
• Participate in ongoing training (Sysco360, Tableau, etc.)
