• Strong cash management skills, including handling cash drawers, preparing deposits, and filling out accountability reports.
• Observes employees to ensure standards are upheld and makes necessary adjustments.

Gauges of Responsibility

• Prepare all Ramunto's menu items safely and attractively.
• Assist in front counter and prep areas alongside staff.
• Process daily computer reports twice a week when the manager is off.
• Cover manager vacations as needed.
• Assist with food and supply orders, check-ins, and stock organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and general shop maintenance.
• Uphold Ramunto's brand standards.
• Perform weekly cost counts accurately.
• Delegate and execute shift duties, including logging, dating, and shelf-life tagging.
• Follow up on tasks to improve inspections and health code compliance.
