• You embody hospitality, uphold high guest service standards, and demonstrate leadership to set expectations for the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• You are an effective manager, capable of assigning tasks and ensuring proper and efficient execution.
• You possess strong cash management skills, including counting drawers, creating daily deposits, and filling out cash accountability reports.
• You observe and enforce industry standards, making necessary adjustments to uphold standards.

"Gauges" of Responsibility

• Prepare all Ramunto's menu items in an appetizing and safe manner.
• Work the front counter and prep areas alongside staff.
• Process all daily computer reports twice a week when the manager is off.
• Cover manager vacations.
• Assist with placing food and supply orders, checking in deliveries, and organizing stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and general shop maintenance.
• Uphold Ramunto's brand standards.
• Complete weekly accurate cost counts.
• Execute and delegate shift duties, including logging, product dating, timers, and shelf-life tagging.
• Follow up on tasks to improve inspections.
• Ensure shop compliance with health codes and follow-up on health department tasks.

Additional Requirements

• Reliable transportation is required.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
