Global Partners is looking for a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead. Our Fresh Food Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department and its personnel to achieve merchandising, sales, and guest service goals established for the department.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct department personnel, meet goals, and communicate with management.
  • Onboard and coach new team members.
  • Schedule team members.
  • Offer product information, provide suggestions, sample, and thank guests.
  • Take guest orders, ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Order products and supplies, maintain stock and merchandising standards.
  • Oversee food preparation and merchandising of deli items.
  • Display products according to guidelines.
  • Follow recipes without deviation.
  • Rotate products for quality and safety.
  • Receive and audit merchandise, manage inventory.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Handle cash register transactions.
  • Monitor product pricing, signage, and placement.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in coolers and freezers.
